Disclaimer
The pages on this site describe an email mentoring offer. They are not a promise that your handicap, scores, or enjoyment of golf will change.
Mentoring is about scoring and strategy, fitted to your game. It is not medical advice, physiotherapy, or a substitute for a coach standing next to you. Changing a swing from a distance is hard, and this offer does not pretend otherwise. You play golf at your own risk.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wriglato Limited is not liable for loss or damage from using the site or from acting on general words on these pages.
If you start mentoring, the refund position is the one on the What you get page: if we agree it is not working, we can stop at any time. A full refund in the first month, and unused days after that.
Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data this site uses and why. It applies to gettosinglefigures.com.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Wriglato Limited. Privacy requests go to gettosinglefigures@outlook.com.
What we collect
If you apply, the form asks for:
- Your name and email address
- Your handicap index, and your club or the country where that handicap is held
- Your goal and rough timing
- How often you play and practise
- What you have already tried
- Where you think you lose shots
- Whether you keep stats, and which
- Your confirmation that you understand the mentoring is by email, and is about scoring and strategy rather than swing coaching
If we work together, later emails you send are also personal data. They can include more about your golf, and anything else you choose to write.
The site does not run an analytics product and does not ask you to create an account. The host may still record technical logs, such as an IP address, browser type, and the page requested, so the site can be delivered and protected.
Why we use it
- To read your application and reply
- To provide email mentoring if we agree to work together
- To handle payment, refunds, and disagreements about the mentoring
- To keep the website available and secure
Legal bases
- Steps before a contract, and contract — your application, and mentoring if it starts
- Legitimate interests — replying to you, keeping a record of what was agreed, and running the site securely
- Legal obligation — where a law requires us to keep or share information
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data. The application is sent through FormSubmit, which emails it to us. FormSubmit may keep a copy for a limited time under its own policy. The site is hosted by Vercel. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Email is read in Outlook. Those providers process data so the site and the inbox can function.
Some of those providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer relies on a lawful safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
An application that does not go ahead is kept only as long as needed to reply and to keep a short record of that reply. If we work together, messages are kept for the mentoring and afterwards only as long as needed for refunds, disagreements, or a legal duty.
Children
This mentoring is aimed at adults. Please do not apply if you are under 18.
Your rights
If UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, you can ask to:
- See the personal data we hold about you
- Correct data that is wrong
- Have data deleted, in the cases the law allows
- Restrict or object to certain uses
- Receive data you provided, in a portable form, where that right applies
Email gettosinglefigures@outlook.com and put “Privacy” in the subject. We will answer within the time the law allows.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK: ico.org.uk. If you live in the EEA, you can complain to your local supervisory authority.
